By using Mesej, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

We provide a platform for managing WhatsApp Business API conversations, including message sending, templates, broadcasts, contact management, and analytics tools.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Send spam or fraudulent messages.
  • Violate Meta or WhatsApp Business policies.
  • Violate any applicable local or international laws.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • Billing is based on your selected plan and message volume.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual-property rights in the platform (code, design, logo) belong to us. You retain rights to the content you publish (such as your message templates and customer data).

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted availability. We rely on Meta's WhatsApp Business API and are not liable for outages on Meta's side.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, and disputes will be resolved accordingly.
